Only a few clouds could be spotted on the sky this day. Årjäng track was in top-condition.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Cerle Mires found a gap and took the lead. Flower Ballerina followed before Transvestite. Eunice Boko suddenly started to galop. Per-Arne Abelin had to struggle to get Eunice Boko to tror again and succeded after 40 m. Flower Ballerina was to tense at the start and galloped for 10 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Flower Ballerina, Frozen
Folder, Crvena Zvezda, Cerle Mires, Zombie Attack, Eunice Boko, Rave In Eden, Transvestite. Deep Space Nine started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Frozen
Folder was disturbed and galoped 50 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Flower Ballerina today. It continued in the lead.
Cerle Mires speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.
Crvena Zvezda was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
Eunice Boko never caught up with Cerle Mires who won. Flower Ballerina came third.
