One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Gold Rocket could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Ulf Ohlsson wanted a little to much in the start and Fast Mountain galoped for 50 m.

Fast Mountain was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Stopping Fiesta looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Ride The Night couldn't come out from behind the leader, Bonfree.

Bonfree never caught up with Stopping Fiesta who won. Fast Mountain came third.
