It had been raining for several days at Pihtipudas but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Victoire Victorieux sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Funky Lipstick started to galop and lost 40 m. Victoire Victorieux was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.
Funky Lipstick quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. Funky Lipstick was disturbed and galoped 20 m.
Travelling Ruby took the lead after 1000m. Funky Lipstick didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Schoonheid won. Victoire Victorieux came in second. Travelling Ruby caught third place.
