The weather had been good all week and Gävle was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Scarlet Lemonade found a gap and took the lead. Seductive Diva followed before Fierceful Movement. Growing Band suddenly started to galop. Peter M Andersson had to struggle to get Growing Band to tror again and succeded after 30 m.




Backstabbing News saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Expensive Daffodil sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Expensive Daffodil followed by Fierceful Movement and Scarlet Lemonade. Lane two Growing Band followed by Seductive Diva and Backstabbing News.




Expensive Daffodil didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead. Seductive Diva gallopped 50 m after 2000m.



Expensive Daffodil looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Seductive Diva galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Holy Crystal galoped for 60m and was disqualified.




Fierceful Movement made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Scarlet Lemonade.
