One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Playing Red was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Pointing Moon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of
Bold Ring who started to galop and lost 40 m.
Cosmic Sun sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.
Pointing Moon suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.
Bold Ring was disturbed and galoped 10 m.
Playing Red saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.
Unlimited Power galloped way to long and was disqualified.
Playing Red sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
No-one could catch
Playing Red today who won before
Hunting Lust and
Cosmic Sun.
