The weather had been good all week and Forus was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





King Kong could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Thunder Beach, Dreaming Paradigm, Rigspeter KØjborg, Windy Madness, Glowing Whirlwind, Powerful Samor, Starksomfan Pegasos, Shooting Puma.




Shooting Puma took the lead after 1000m. King Kong didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Shooting Puma today. It continued in the lead.



Shooting Puma sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Gunnar Eggen tried a little too much on the homestretch and Glowing Whirlwind started to galopp and lost 50 m.




Starksomfan Pegasos won. Thunder Beach came in second. King Kong caught third place.
