The sun was shining on Hagmyren and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Pinstripes Big Bitch could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




This is the positions after 500m. Ivory Pie, Decisive Striker, Moving Thinking, Criminal Trickster, Modest Vanilla, Loving Night, Pinstripes Big Bitch, Længes Hjem. A bird flew just in front of Speeding Comet who started to galop and lost 50 m.




Modest Vanilla looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Moving Thinking couldn't come out from behind the leader, Ivory Pie.




Modest Vanilla accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Speeding Comet started to gallop after 1500m and Sören Eriksson had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Modest Vanilla sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Criminal Trickster sprinted over the finishline before Loving Night and Modest Vanilla.
