One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Stepping
Red could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Lone Pirate was to tense at the start and galloped for 30 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Juodaan Viinaa sprinted to the front.
Deux Mille sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Juodaan Viinaa showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
