The sun was shining on Halmstad and it was a perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Give Me Strength was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.
Good Looking
Missile saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. A bird flew just in front of Show Me Strength who started to galop and lost 30 m.
No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Drop Kick was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.
Give Me Strength won the race after a spectacular finish.
