One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Red Horizon. Imnotafraidiwasborntodothis ended up behind the leader. Wilma Cole got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Hans Petter Tholfsen wanted a little to much in the start and Red Horizon galoped for 10 m.




There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.




Red Horizon clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Red Horizon was disturbed and galoped 20 m.

Imnotafraidiwasborntodothis never caught up with Red Horizon who won. Polished Work came third.
