It had been raining for several days at Kalmar but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were

Second Star ended up behind the leader.
Criminal Stud got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and
Red Dragon sprinted to the front.
The leader got disturbed by something and
Criminal Stud took the lead rather easily.
Seven Sins galloped for 60m and was disqualified.
Criminal Stud was still in the lead after 1500m.
Ahimsa Blazer took the lead.
Ahimsa Blazer were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.
Ahimsa Blazer kept the speed the whole finish and won before
Criminal Stud and
Jaja.
