Start List
The sun was shining on Oviken today. A perfect day for trotting.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Stopping
Thought took the lead after a very quick start.
Beautiful
Amazon quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Flying Laponia who started to galop and lost 10 m.
The leader got disturbed by something and Mississippi Hoof took the lead rather easily. Spike De Rabotiere showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.
Standings after 1500m . Lane one Mississippi Hoof followed by Stopping
Thought and Beautiful
Amazon. Lane two Postcard From Edmonton followed by Falling
Behemoth and Galaxyland Doom.
Mississippi Hoof sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Stopping
Thought never caught up with Mississippi Hoof who won. Postcard From Edmonton came third.
