It had been raining for several days at Lapua but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Labyrinth Run could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Kaarlo Ahokas wanted a little to much in the start and Odilon galoped for 50 m. When the startcar left the field Powerful Bullet started to galop and lost 10 m.




Fidde Boy saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.




Strong Missile took the lead after 1000m. Prince Pug didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Odilon showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Labyrinth Run won the race after a spectacular finish.
