One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Inkas Mohikan found a gap and took the lead. Chinese Dragon followed before Modest
Grove. Gentleman
Wolf suddenly started to galop. Mauri Jaara had to struggle to get Gentleman
Wolf to tror again and succeded after 30 m.

Grove, Chinese Dragon, Bonwee Head, Taboca Indian, Inkas Mohikan.

Wolf was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Inkas Mohikan was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Chinese Dragon suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.
Nothing seemed to be able to stop Gentleman
Wolf today. It continued in the lead.

Wolf sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.
Inkas Mohikan sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
