Start List
The weather had been good all week and Rättvik was in good shape.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Mindbender could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Mindbender was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.
The leader couldn't hold the lead and Megalomaniac Cain sprinted to the front.
Megalomaniac Cain clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.
Second Period accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Second Period sat safely in the lead after 2000m.
Second Period looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Race Spirit won the race after a spectacular finish.
