One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Citrin tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Just Play that came steaming ahead. Håkan Eriksson wanted a little to much in the start and Absolutely Gorgeous galoped for 30 m. When the startcar left the field Citrin started to galop and lost 40 m.

Just Play was looking sharp this day and continued in the lead.

Joyful Shine took the lead after 1000m. Just Play didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Just Play saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Just Play were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Viking Of Norway sprinted over the finishline before Joyful Shine and Just Play.
