One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Gothic Star could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. When the startcar left the field Gentleman
Scope started to galop and lost 10 m. When the startcar left the field Slow
Cruiser started to galop and lost 20 m.
Frozen
Glittering saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Old
Pain started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Slow
Cruiser sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Super Tilly was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Basebeat sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.
Gothic Star made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Basebeat.
