The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Kalmar today.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Spin Away was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.

This is the positions after 500m. Payback, Spin Away, Funky Fork, Plant My Seed, Ultimo, O.O.Seven, Modest Diamond, Meadow Lidt.

Spin Away sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

O.O.Seven saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead.

Spin Away put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

With only a little left of the race Cool Cat galoped for 50 m. O.O.Seven speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Spin Away sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
