Start List
The sun was shining and the birds was singing on Arvika today.
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Quick
Devil sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Salvation started to galop and lost 10 m.
This is the positions after 500m. Tough River, Urtado, Just A Horse, Quick
Devil, Salvation, Straight Monster, Il Gabbia, Nessuno Questione.
Salvation looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Just A Horse couldn't come out from behind the leader, Tough River.
Salvation accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Tough River took the lead.
Tough River was safely in the lead after 2500m.
With only a little left of the race Quick
Devil galoped for 30 m. Tough River looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
Salvation won the race after a spectacular finish.
