One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Of The Night sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Grande Fierté started to galop and lost 10 m.

Queen Of Sheba saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Laleh started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Of The Night took the lead after 1000m. Lucky Garden didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Of The Night followed by Wild West and Sergeant Power. Lane two Lucky Garden followed by Grande Fierté and Jolly Sun.

Lucky Garden seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead.

With only a little left of the race Wild West galoped for 30 m. Wild West speeded up in the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Wild West kept the speed the whole finish and won before Lucky Garden and Of The Night.
