Start List
One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Vagabond found a gap and took the lead. Front
Rock followed before Laoukko.
This is the positions after 500m. Expensive Jewel, Dreaming
Boulder, Shooting
Momentum, Laoukko, Front
Rock, Fly Machine, In The Dark, Vagabond. A bird flew just in front of Vagabond who started to galop and lost 40 m.
Shooting
Momentum took the lead after 1000m. Laoukko didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Expensive Jewel galop. Expensive Jewel lost 40 m.
Fly Machine sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
