One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Confidence Jewel took the lead after a very quick start. Claes Sjöström wanted a little to much in the start and Confidence Jewel galoped for 20 m. Magic Machine was to tense at the start and galloped for 20 m.

Sir Excellent quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Magic Machine sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Nothing seemed to be able to stop Magic Machine today. It continued in the lead.

Magic Machine looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Sir Excellent galoped way to long and was disqualified.

Confidence Jewel made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Magic Machine.
