The sun was shining on Skellefteå today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Hard Rocker could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Ulf Ohlsson wanted a little to much in the start and Adore My Work galoped for 40 m.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and True Tale sprinted to the front.




Loving Daffodil sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Giant Hero was disturbed and galoped 20 m.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Loving Daffodil followed by Perfect Chans and Lightning Prince. Lane two Magical Feeling followed by Hard Rocker and Éclatant Commencer. Unknown started to gallop after 1500m and Unknown had to struggle to get it back in trotting.



Éclatant Commencer was disturbed and galopped for 40 m. Magical Feeling suddenly found some strength when the driver removed the earpads and sprinted to the lead.






Loving Daffodil won the race after a spectacular finish.
