One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Image Du Jour. Champagne ended up behind the leader. Von Schmeganhausen got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two.

This is the positions after 500m. Count On Me, Reloaded, Sliding Rocker, Sometimes It´s happening, Champagne, Danielius Bakaou, Von Schmeganhausen, Focused Rocker. A bird flew just in front of Image Du Jour who started to galop and lost 20 m.

Sometimes It´s happening took the lead after 1000m. Count On Me didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Sometimes It´s happening followed by Focused Rocker and Champagne. Lane two Count On Me followed by Von Schmeganhausen and Image Du Jour.

Focused Rocker put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Focused Rocker were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Sometimes It´s happening made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Count On Me.
