The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Harstad this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Evaldas Bakaou. Beauty Sugar ended up behind the leader. Lemoncino got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Unknown started to galop and lost 30 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Fagerviks Capone Surviver, Listening Beard, Dekk Bord, Evaldas Bakaou, New Varenne, Beauty Sugar, Boy Back Home, Geboren Mit Magie.

Evaldas Bakaou sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Boy Back Home saw a chanche when the tempo dropped and could easilytake the lead. Unknown showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Dekk Bord gallopped for 50 m.

Beauty Sugar was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Boy Back Home sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Boy Back Home didn't even look tired on the homestretch and won the race.
