The sun was shining on Bollnäs today. A perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Big Steady Cherry sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Beauty Sugar galloped for 60m and was disqualified.




The field stabalized after the bend and the speed was reduced. Emilijona Bakaou was disturbed and galoped 50 m. Awesome Love One was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Loving Red started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.




Big Steady Cherry looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Loving Red couldn't come out from behind the leader, Awesome Love One.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Awesome Love One followed by Loving Red and Force Of Miracle. Lane two Big Steady Cherry followed by Emilijona Bakaou and Fagerviks Captain Nemo.




Loving Red didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.



Beauty Sugar was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Loving Red looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






No-one could catch Loving Red today who won before Big Steady Cherry and Emilijona Bakaou.
