One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Light Cruiser sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. Sergeant Map suddenly started to galop. Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get Sergeant Map to tror again and succeded after 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Black Temple Ioan sprinted to the front. Green Thistle was disturbed and galoped 40 m.

Sergeant Map took the lead after 1000m. Sleepy Darkness didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Brave Madness looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Brave Madness were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Light Cruiser won. King Merkurius came in second. Brave Madness caught third place.
