The sun was shining on Åby today. A perfect day for trotting.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Close Piece sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. driver couldn't keep Queen Of Universe to trotting so they were disqualified.

Gentleman Satellite saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

Gentleman Plan sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead.

Gentleman Plan was still in the lead after 1500m.

Hard Cube put some pressure on the leader and could take over.

Hard Cube were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.

Lars Wester tried a little too much on the homestretch and Radiating Wind started to galopp and lost 20 m.

Final standings. 1 Close Piece, 2 Gentleman Plan, 3 Hard Cube.
