One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Michelangelo could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start. Unknown suddenly started to galop. had to struggle to get Unknown to tror again and succeded after 10 m.
Michelangelo was in fine shape and held the lead. driver couldn't keep Unknown to trotting so they were disqualified. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Wolf looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that
Rugged
Action couldn't come out from behind the leader,
Michelangelo.
Inspiration Victory was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
