One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Meadowlands Racer sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.

Rindis Good Times saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. Sir Carrot galloped way to long and was disqualified.

The leader got disturbed by something and Go On Pejl took the lead rather easily. Salsa Groover suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 20 m. driver couldn't keep Sir Carrot to trotting so they were disqualified.

Go On Pejl accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Go On Pejl was still in the lead after 2000m.

Sir Carrot was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Sir Carrot galloped for 60m and was disqualified. Go On Pejl kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Sir Carrot galopped for 50 m on the homestretch. Jörgen Westholm tried a little too much on the homestretch and Lone Satellite started to galopp and lost 40 m.

Brave Mountain won the race after a spectacular finish.
