One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Queen From Overseas. Pinocchios Return ended up behind the leader. Hambletonian Winner got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Unknown was to tense at the start and galloped for 40 m. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 0 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Solid Piece, Race The Dream, Focused Rocker, Made In Usa, Pinocchios Return, Sikre Jeres, Hambletonian Winner, King Merkurius. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 40 m. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 30 m. With only a little left of the race Direct Hit galoped for 40 m. Race The Dream kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

Pinocchios Return made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before King Merkurius.
