The weather had been good all week and Jägersro was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Miles Gloriosus found a gap and took the lead. Rapide followed before Quebec Warrior. Quebec Warrior was to tense at the start and galloped for 50 m.

Prince Agent quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Miles Gloriosus was disturbed and galoped 50 m.

Miles Gloriosus galloped for 60m and was disqualified. No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Quebec Warrior galop. Quebec Warrior lost 40 m.

Lyon Trucker won the race after a spectacular finish.
