One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Sigsjö O Djuret took the lead after a very quick start. When the startcar left the field Copieux started to galop and lost 30 m.
There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark.
The leader got disturbed by something and
Wandering
Pie took the lead rather easily.

Copieux. Lane two
Sigsjö O Djuret followed by
Happy San Antonio and
Sliding
Rocket.
Wandering
Pie kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Gold Dame sprinted over the finishline before
Sigsjö O Djuret and
Happy San Antonio.
