The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Riihimäki this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Big Wolf found a gap and took the lead. Zeus followed before Maverick. wanted a little to much in the start and Unknown galoped for 50 m.

This is the positions after 500m. Light Feeling, Cheval Noir, Starlight Shadow, Bedre Hjelpe, Big Wolf, Maverick, Zeus, Påarps Dolores. Unknown started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.

Bedre Hjelpe sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead. Unknown was disturbed and galoped 30 m.

Starlight Shadow sprinted past it's competitors after a 1000m and took the lead.

Påarps Dolores galoped for 60m and was disqualified.

Bedre Hjelpe made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Starlight Shadow.
