The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Visby this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Dancing Box. Maverick ended up behind the leader. Hard Platinum got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. Tommy Zackrisson wanted a little to much in the start and Stingy Investor galoped for 20 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Golden Fighter sprinted to the front. A bird flew just in front of Unknown who started to galop and lost 20 m. A bird flew just in front of Hard Platinum who started to galop and lost 30 m.

Golden Fighter clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Dancing Box suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Gorgeous Peach looked to be in good shape this day and took the lead after 1500m.

Hard Platinum was disturbed and galopped for 20 m. Gorgeous Peach sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.

Scrooge won. Maverick came in second. Gorgeous Peach caught third place.
