One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Volnay sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead.




This is the positions after 500m. Copperbeec, Europa Kjemperen, Good Looking Piece, Giant Dream, Stehlend Die Äussern, Volnay, Sj´s Photo, Solid Energy. Copperbeec was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Sergeant Satellite showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Copperbeec was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead. Still Standing suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 50 m.



With only a little left of the race Copperbeec galoped for 40 m. Stehlend Die Äussern was in great shape so far and looked happy in the lead.






Sj´s Photo won the race after a spectacular finish.
