One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.
Checkmate Move took the lead after a very quick start.
Jumping
Blast saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.
Whispering
Twister took the lead after 1000m.
Checkmate Move didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
I'm The Scatman accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.
Rayray started to gallop after 1500m and Jorma Kontio had to struggle to get it back in trotting.
Rayray was disturbed and galopped for 20 m.
I'm The Scatman looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.
