One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Dupire found a gap and took the lead. Ojsan Ospelad followed before Nessla Van Bronckhorse. This is the positions after 500m. Boy Back Home, Ojsan Ospelad, Aja, Dupire, Nessla Van Bronckhorse, Dancing Passion, , . Ojsan Ospelad sprinted past the competitors and took over the lead. Dupire accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. With only a little left of the race Dancing Passion galoped for 50 m. Dupire kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch. Aja never caught up with Dupire who won. Nessla Van Bronckhorse came third. Results
