It had been raining for several days at Klosterskogen but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Independant Energy could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Coffee Café sprinted to the front.




Coffee Café clinged on to the lead after a 1000m.




Coffee Café was still in the lead after 1500m.



Coffee Café looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.






Independant Energy sprinted away from the rest of the field and won quite easy.
