The sun was shining on Hagmyren and it was a perfect day for trotting.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Giulia was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Athletic Pain quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Athletic Pain clinged on to the lead after a 1000m. Hard Rocket showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping.




Standings after 1500m . Lane one Athletic Pain followed by Långben Lore and Giulia. Lane two Anapurna Superior followed by California Girl and Syntynyt Juoksemaan.



Anapurna Superior was first on the homestretch followed by Långben Lore and Athletic Pain.






Giulia made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Plage Domines.
