One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Fierceful Platinum could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




The leader couldn't hold the lead and Impatient Sunray sprinted to the front.




No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo.




Fierceful Platinum accelerated after 1500m and took the lead. Something caused a disturbance in the field and Impatient Sunray gallopped for 50 m.



Fierceful Platinum sat safely in the lead when they started the homestretch.






Impatient Sunray sprinted over the finishline before Mad Crystal and Fierceful Platinum.
