One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track. Screaming Thinking found a gap and took the lead. Paolucci followed before Balboa Rebel. There were no mayor changes in the field at the 500m mark. Paolucci looked tired after 1000m but had to keep up the tempo so that Climbing Bear couldn't come out from behind the leader, Screaming Thinking. Nothing seemed to be able to stop Screaming Thinking today. It continued in the lead. Tania started to gallop after 1500m and Marcus Lilius had to struggle to get it back in trotting. Paolucci seemed to be in top-form this day and took over the lead. Screaming Thinking was disturbed and galopped for 10 m. Paolucci were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line. The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Paolucci galop. Paolucci lost 10 m. Screaming Thinking won the race after a spectacular finish. Results
