The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Solvalla this day.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Travelling Autumn was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. Fläskig suddenly started to galop. Johan Untersteiner had to struggle to get Fläskig to tror again and succeded after 20 m. Carl Johan Jepson wanted a little to much in the start and Devine Temptress galoped for 40 m.

Ghostly Vanilla saw it's chance when the leader lost tempo and took the lead.

High Flying Bird took the lead after 1000m. Fläskig didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one High Flying Bird followed by Inkas Otto and Horror Creature. Lane two Union Francaise followed by Happy Peach and Travelling Autumn.

Union Francaise litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Horror Creature never caught up with Union Francaise who won. Travelling Autumn came third.
