One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Décugis took the lead after a very quick start.

Lowri quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.

Décugis took the lead after 1000m. Gerlinde Larockma didn't have a good time being caught on the outside. Handy Asteroid galoped after 1000m and lost 10 m.

Standings after 1500m . Lane one Décugis followed by Kempe and Inaüdible. Lane two Gerlinde Larockma followed by Walking Diary and Tokyo.

Décugis looked like a million bucks when we commenced the homestretch.

Gerlinde Larockma sprinted over the finishline before Kempe and Inaüdible.
