The weather had been good all week and Åmål was in good shape.

One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Many drivers had set there mind on a front position this day. Fastest of them all were Wimpy Passion. Instant Repeater ended up behind the leader. Gut Mitt Uns Larockma got caught on the outside and were forced to take place as first in lane two. When the startcar left the field Opposing Breath started to galop and lost 10 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Moving Dragon sprinted to the front.

No one seem keen on putting pressure on the leader so he could keep his own tempo. Dujardin suddenly made a bad step, started to galop and lost 40 m.

Instant Repeater accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.

Gut Mitt Uns Larockma took the lead.

Gut Mitt Uns Larockma seemed to be in good shape this day and continued in the lead.

Slight Twist showed unexperience when he was disqualified for galoping. Triple Touch litterally flew through the last bend and was first on the homestretch.

Triple Touch kept the speed the whole finish and won before Gut Mitt Uns Larockma and Instant Repeater.
