One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Experienced Scope was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead.




Climbing Lion quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m. A bird flew just in front of Relaxing Agent who started to galop and lost 40 m.




Cesare took the lead after 1000m. Occhiuzzi didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Occhiuzzi accelerated after 1500m and took the lead.



Occhiuzzi were still in the lead when they started the sprint for the finish-line.






Cesare made a good sprint on the homestretch and crossed the finishline before Occhiuzzi.
