The sky was free of clouds and the sun was shining at Åby this day.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Let's Go Pegasos could eventually take the lead after a very dramatic start.




Playing Thinker quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.




Carlos Kentucky took the lead after 1000m. Let's Go Pegasos didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.




Nothing seemed to be able to stop Carlos Kentucky today. It continued in the lead.



With only a little left of the race Let's Go Pegasos galoped for 40 m. Brunamonti was disturbed and galopped for 30 m. Carlos Kentucky kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.

The spectators cheered much on the homestretch and probably caused Giggling Lemon galop. Giggling Lemon lost 10 m.
