It had been raining for several days at Kalmar but the sun was shining this day a the track was in good shape.



One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.





Lovely Laura sprinted away from the competitors and took the lead. When the startcar left the field Brave Sunshine started to galop and lost 30 m.




Hard Wired quickly put pressure on the leader and could take the lead after 500m.
