One after another the horses came out on the track for the obigatory parade. After some warmup the horses lined up behind the car as it began to move down the track.

Zwenking Tegenover was looking particularly good and could easily take the lead. When the startcar left the field Dominant Les Dirigeants started to galop and lost 50 m.

The leader couldn't hold the lead and Cosmic Fall sprinted to the front. Cosmic Fall was disturbed and galoped 10 m. Sad Cube started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified. driver couldn't keep I Am Sure to trotting so they were disqualified.

Glowing Addiction took the lead after 1000m. Snoken didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.

Dominant Les Dirigeants galopped for 40 m on the homestretch. U R Falling Short was disturbed and galopped for 30 m.

Lord Sparrow never caught up with Cosmic Fall who won. Snoken came third.
