The players just had time to make their last bets before the start. All horses seemed to be in good shape this day.
Growing Rock tried its best to keep the lead but finally had to give in to Stretching Raspberry that came steaming ahead.
This is the positions after 500m. Growing Rock, Roche, Diego Yolo, Stretching Raspberry, G.h. Castle, Ayla, Asulf, . Asulf started to galop after 500 m and was nearly disqualified.
Stretching Raspberry took the lead after 1000m. G.h. Castle didn't have a good time being caught on the outside.
Stretching Raspberry was still in the lead after 1500m. Something caused a disturbance in the field and G.h. Castle gallopped for 50 m.
Stretching Raspberry didn't even look tired after 2000m and sat safely in the lead.
Stretching Raspberry kept a high tempo and was first in on the homestretch.
Ayla never caught up with Stretching Raspberry who won. Diego Yolo came third.
